Diana was born in the cultural city of Leipzig,  Germany. Both her parents were artistic and she has always had a passion for creativity.

Following a career in Law, Diana travelled extensively and finally settled in the UK,, where she started a family. Once again she immersed herself in arts, crafts and her love of painting.  

​

Diana creates colourful botanical works with a unique approach, incorporating cut-paper Japanese collage which add an unusual translucent quality to her paintings. Through the intricate layering of textures Diana adds a beautiful depth to her pieces. 

 

From her home in Oxfordshire, Diana is able to draw inspiration from nature and the surrounding countryside.

 

This latest series of paintings, created especially for the Affordable Art Fair, are lively, energetic and nostalgic.
