Very simply, we LOVE art.... 

Having worked in the Art World for many years, Louisa Warfield and Suzie Horsey established Surface, Inspirational Contemporary Art in 2011. With their combined love of contemporary art and experience gained in Galleries and at Art Fairs, they specialised in introducing clients to both established and emerging Artists, whatever their budget.  

 

After ten years together, in September 2021 Louisa decided to concentrate on her ever-expanding and hugely successful Art Consultancy business 'Louisa Warfield Art' leaving Suzie to run Surface solo. 

 

In January 2022, Surface became Suzie Horsey Art, but apart from that not much has changed!  We are proud to say that many of our artists have been with us from the very beginning and will continue to be represented by Suzie. However, in order to keep the business ever-evolving and the gallery contemporary, she strives to introduce several new artists each year. 

 

There is still nothing more satisfying than sourcing the perfect piece of art for a client. Whether it's finding a 'show-stopping' painting for over the fireplace, or a little print for that tricky corner of your home, we relish finding the perfect piece of art for you.

It's always a thrill to find a new Artists. Watching their style change as they grow in confidence and develop over the years is such a pleasure. 

 

We really love the Art Fairs. It is always fun to see familiar faces, meet new clients and show them our new collection of artwork.  Watching the hard work our wonderful, talented Artists rewarded with sales is always very exciting and hugely satisfying.
